For the safety and security of all our guests and to make your stay and enjoyable one -

 

-               No pets. No Smoking. No candles. No cooking. No body oils on bed sheets.

 

-               No unregistered visitors allowed at all times.

 

-               Maximum two persons per room.

 

-               We are not wheelchair accessible.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

 

-                Credit Card  deposit of 1 day’s stay to confirm reservation.   Balance on arrival.  Additional security deposits may apply to multiple or longer term reservations.

 

-                Cancellations must be in writing.

 

-                Cancellations received more than 14 days  from confirmed arrival date will be charged for 1 night plus $25 Admin fee to your credit card.

 

-                Cancellations received less than 14 days from confirmed arrival date will be charged for 2 nights plus $25 Admin fee to your credit card.

 

-                No shows may be charged for all reserved dates that are not re-sold.
